A Great Start to 2011!

The first Lap Band operation of 2011 went well yesterday!  Another successful outpatient procedure.  Did you know that if you don't have sleep apnea or diabetes you may be a candidate to go home the day of the operation?  About 30-40% of patients do it.  It should be another great year helping people achieve their weight loss goals!

Another Great Lap Band Seminar

Last night at the Wyndham in Mt. It's been a productive year!

Well, the end of 2010 is approaching and it's been a productive and rewarding year.  My team surpassed our 500th Lap-Band operation, and we started up our latest venture, ScuLpt Cosmetic Surgery (www.sculptcosmeticsurgery.com).  Not only are we able to help our patients achieve lasting weight loss via bariatric surgery (weight loss surgery), but we can help patients who don't qualify for weight loss surgery improve their body image with minimally invasive Smartlipo laser assisted liposuction right in the office under local anesthetic.  It's nice to be able to help people change their lives for the better and I look forward to another exciting year in 2011.  I also look forward to putting up more and more before and after photos on the ScuLpt Cosmetic Surgery web site, and the facebook pages for both my general surgery practice, and cosmetic practice.  It's exciting to see our community of patients grow (while shrinking in size!).
